Training Center – Classroom Course Enrollment Policy

1. Pre-registration, and payment is required to attend any open enrollment class on our calendar before class start date. Please use our contact form for registration, and/or to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. All courses/seminars are priced per student unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Fees & Refund:

  • 50% Cancellation Fee – A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 21 days before class start date.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee – No refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 14 days before class start date.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee – No refund will be given for no-shows or students arriving late. (See #4.)
  • Our business hours for cancellation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CT. No cancellations will be accepted on weekends.

3. Rescheduling: Certain courses allow rescheduling without rescheduling fees. Rescheduling is not allowed for cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals. (Rescheduling fee: 25% of course fee)

4. It is the responsibility of the student, and/or reserving company to be present on the day of class start date on time. There is no refund if a company and/or students are a no-show for 30 minutes after class start time, or we reserve the right to not allow a student to attend if they do not meet course time requirements for being late. (For example students arriving 1 hour late to a OSHA 10 Hour Course that is 10 hours in length by OSHA requirements.)

5. We reserve the right to cancel a class without notice at any time if attendance does not meet the minimum required number of students. We would try our best to give an advanced notice if possible; please consider before booking air flights, or reserving a hotel (We are not responsible for losses). In the event of us canceling a student may request credit towards another date, or course/seminar, or a full refund will be issued by mail if payment was made by check or money order. If payment was made by credit card; card used will be refunded. All refunds may be issued immediately and will take no longer than 30 days.

On Site Training Policy

1. Full or partial payment is required to make a reservation for training at any location. Please use our contact form to make a reservation, and to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. Group discounts are available. A minimum amount of students maybe required for on site training at your location or paying the difference if you have less students than required.

2. There are no refunds for canceling your onsite training registration, or for student no shows due to the nature of our business, accommodations made, travel reservations, air fare, ordered student handbooks, scheduling, contractors, materials, or other costs that may be incurred.

3. It is the responsibility of the student, and/or reserving company to be present on the day of class start date on time. We reserve the right to cancel a class without notice and not issuing a refund if a company and/or students are a no-show for 1 hour after class start time, or not allow a student to attend if they do not meet course time requirements for being late. (For example students arriving 1 hour late to a OSHA 10 Hour Course that is 10 hours in length by OSHA requirements.)

4. We reserve the right to cancel a class without notice in the event of an emergency, public disaster or other prevention. In the event of us canceling the company/student will be issued a full refund by mail if payment was made by check or money order. If payment was made by credit card; card used will be refunded. All refunds may be issued immediately and will take no longer than 30 days.

HSE Services Policy

1. Payment is required before services/products are started or placed on schedule. Please contact us to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. All payments for services/products are non-refundable. Services/products applicable are software, websites, learning management system (saas), document creation, consultation, account management, memberships, monthly subscriptions, safety plan creation, safety manual creation, site inspections, supervision, memberships, online training, unlimited training plans or monitoring services.

Digital Goods and Services Refunds Policy

As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after the purchase has been made.
