Payment Policy

Open Enrollment Policy (Courses at our Locations)

1. Pre-registration, and payment is required to attend any open enrollment class on our calendar before class start date. Please use our contact form for registration, and or to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. All courses, seminars are priced per student unless otherwise stated.

2. *No refunds for any appointment, service or course cancellations. *A Course Credit will be issued to take another class only, if cancelled 10 or more business days in advance from class date. *No credit for no-shows. *Cancellations are only accepted by email.

3. It is the responsibility of the student, and or reserving company to be present on the day of class start date on time. There is no refund if a company and or students are a no-show for 30 minutes after class start time, or we reserve the right to not allow a student to attend if they do not meet course time requirements for being late. (For example students arriving 1 hour late to an OSHA 10 Hour Course that is 10 hours in length by OSHA requirements.)

4. We reserve the right to cancel a class without notice at any time if attendance does not meet the minimum required number of students. We also reserve the right to cancel a class without notice in the event of an emergency, weather, public disaster or other prevention. We would try our best to give an advanced notice if possible; please consider before booking air flights, or reserving a hotel. We are not responsible for any losses. In the event of us canceling a student may request credit towards another date, or course seminar, or a full refund will be issued by mail if payment was made by check or money order. If payment was made by credit card; card used will be refunded. All refunds may be issued immediately and will take no longer than 30 days.

On Site Training Policy

1. Full or partial payment is required to make a reservation for training at any location. Please use our contact form to make a reservation, and to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. Group discounts are available. A minimum number of students may be required for on site training at your location or paying the difference if you have less students than required.

2. There are no refunds for canceling your onsite training registration, or for student no shows due to the nature of our business, accommodations made, travel reservations, air fare, ordered student handbooks, scheduling, contractors, materials, or other costs that maybe incurred.

HSE Services Policy

1. Payment is required before technical services are started. Please contact us to arrange a payment method either by online payment, or by mail. Services performed or started are non refundable, but we ensure customer satisfaction within our capabilities. Services applicable are Q Safety PRO, document creation, consultation, account management, monthly subscriptions, software as a service, train the trainer, safety plan creation, safety manual creation, inspections, reports, SME work, onsite, supervision, or online course creation and monitoring services.

 

NCCER Policy

*NCCER Classes only: *No refunds after enrollment. *Terms and restrictions apply. *Testing must be scheduled in advance. *Must wait at least 2 days to retest per NCCER guidelines. *Retest fees are $5 per test retake if you fail a test.*Graduate in as little as 2 weeks or a year. (Disregard if you are not taking a NCCER class!)

 

Monthly Training Program (MTP) Policy

*No refunds after enrollment. *Terms and restrictions apply. Monthly payments are due on time or services and training can be canceled and not performed for that month. No credit or roll over credit for any non-payment or no-shows. Q Safety reserves the right to cancel or move a class or change the monthly schedule as needed.

 

Monthly Payment Plans Policy

*No refunds after enrollment into a monthly payment plan. Services will not be provided for late payments until account becomes current and is not past due.
